4 Bedroom Villa in Bernia, Altea

The house is renovated, comfortable and very charming, very private, it enjoys absolutely splendid views of the sea and the mountains, Altea and Benidorm. The area is very quiet, and barely 5 min. drive from the village and its shops and restaurants, or golf Don Cayo and 10 minutes from the beach of Olla. The property is fully fenced and secure. The living room is large and bright with views, the 4 bedrooms are large with air conditioning, 3 with double bed and 1 with 2 beds, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room (2 hairdryers). The galley kitchen is very well equipped, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, gasinière, oven, microwave, coffee maker + Nespresso, electric kettle, blender, toaster.
Plancha on the terrace next to the kitchen. Various terraces (about 200 m2) and lounges in the garden (5.000m2 of garden, orchard and pine forest). The pool is large but not safe for children. A lot of space!
All rooms are air conditioned, wi-fi, Spanish television, French TNT and Astra satellite.

Summary: Wonderful house, perfect location. What I didnt like is that you have to pay the owner of the house instead of Home away. And a cash payment of the last 20 percent, cleaning costs ad 150 euro including a redundable deposit of 500 euro. You book a house via an online platform and after you have booked, they inform you about the procedure as I just described. Home Away, change your rules re home owners or communicate this very clearly via your site!
