The upper suite in this home is 25 mins away from Mt Washington. Enjoy comfort of being close to skiing, with convenience of town to enjoy the restaurants and breweries. The home features hot tub, outdoor shower and sauna to enjoy. The suite can sleep up to 8 people, but is not suitable for couples, (potential for noise)

THIS IS THE UPPER SUITE ON THE TOP FLOOR OF A TWO STORY HOUSE. THE SAUNA AND HOT TUB AREAS ARE SHARED BETWEEN THE SUITES.
PLEASE RETHINK YOUR REQUEST IF YOU ARE A COUPLE ( As there is potential of noise from the other suite).
I do one night bookings with a refundable $100 damage deposit to ensure guests adhere to my house rules, particularly the one of no noise after 11:00 pm. Damage deposits may not be returned if the noise rule is broken, resulting in other guests becoming upset (Please no parties).

The space is perfectly setup for larger groups, who wish to sightsee in the Valley or go up Mount Washington. It’s ok for a private getaway, but please note there are neighbours. The suite is located on the top floor of a two story house and there is a lower suite below you. The large living room is perfect for relaxing and hosting your group, and the fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything to cook a fabulous dinner. The home can sleep up to 8 guests. Enjoy some amenities such as a big clean hot tub in a big beautiful gazebo complete with an outdoor shower and new woodfired sauna, but please know the hot tub and sauna are accessible to both suites. There is a covered patio lounging area that is complete with a big BBQ and fire pit. Perfect for relaxing during the nights:) The house is centrally located in Courtenay and is walking distance to just about everywhere. 25 minute drive to Mount Washington Alpine Resort.
Please note that because there are people around you in the lower suite, there may be a potential for noise, so the suite is not suitable for couples or singles.
