From the patio spiral stairs lead up to your private roof top deck that is perfect for sunsets and watching the moon come over the Desert Mountains. The home sits in the Villa de Cerritos community and has a pool, hot tub, laundry service, restaurant, cleaning service and 24 hour security. All within a short 5 minute walk to the beach.

Summary: The casita was a perfect fit for our family of three. Perfectly located within 1/2 mile of grocery stores, coffee, restaurants, and the beach! The residents we met were friendly and had great recommendations for tourist activities to do (and avoid). Kris, the owner, also very responsive to any questions. The office staff is super friendly and replaced the propane and water jugs immediately when we asked. The condo is as pictured. Beautifully and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and a bonus that others before us left a blender, toaster, nice assortment of non-perishable seasoning, oils, and spices, and even a cooler for the beach. I'd check in and see what goodies were left before going to the store. We loved the private rooftop mornings for reading and coffee. The pool/hot tub/restaurant area are close to the condo, but everyone seemed to honor the Cabo Midnight (10:00 pm) quiet rule. It's a family friendly place, though mostly adults so it was pretty quiet by 9:00 PM. My husband was able to take an hour long video call for work and had no problems with reception or wi-fi. Expect average american prices, $4 lattes, $25 pizzas, $14 salads, etc. But, ALL the food was fantastic and worth it! 2 beach chairs w/umbrella about $20/day, Surf boards $20, boogie board $10, beach massage $40-$60. The best beach cocktail $4-$6!!! We'd love to come back and stay a month or so! The location is absolutely perfect for a long or short-term stay.
