Full of fantastic rural views on the best Solebury street, you can feel far away from it all while just 30 miles to Philly and 60 miles to NYC. This 4 bedroom home plus office and finished full basement is a seamless combination of an original 1700s farmhouse and 1990s large addition set on approx 3.5 acres. Surrounded by neighboring preserved farmland, the property has rolling hills, woods and a small creek that make this tranquil setting ideal for a relaxing summer retreat.
A double height open concept entertaining space features walls of windows, with a gas burning fireplace and wood beams adding to the charm of the main level. The first floor also includes a fully equipped open kitchen, dining area, a dedicated home office with en suite access to the half bath, a laundry room, and a side entrance with mudroom. Also on the first floor, the expansive primary bedroom suite includes another gas-burning fireplace and walk in closet. The en suite primary bath offers double separated vanities, a large walk-in shower, a soaking tub and heated floors. The first floor is equipped with tastefully incorporated ramps for accessibility needs as well.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, with the "old house" en suite bedroom privately located down the hall from the other 2 bedrooms which share the "jack & jill" bathroom. A cool "kids loft" is accessible in one of these bedrooms for hanging out or another bonus sleep space.
