Sleeps 6 adults comfortably, 8 guests (including children) total. Large Main bedroom with a king bed, beautiful views and spacious bathroom with huge shower and large soaking tub. Second spacious bedroom with queen bed and gorgeous Butte and landscape views. Third bedroom with twin over full bunk beds. Den with queen pull out couch, Nintendo classic game console and 55” TV with Directv.
Beautiful and immaculate open concept kitchen with 4 stools situated at the large kitchen island with high end appliances and stocked with dishes, pots, pans, serving dishes. Dining table that seats 6 adjacent to kitchen and open to main living area. Luxurious yet comfortable living area complete with large leather couch, 2 huge bean bags, has fireplace and 65” Swivel TV with DirecTV access. Game room complete with foosball table, Golden tee arcade game and dart board.
Spend time outside on the massive and private back patio with comfortable outdoor furniture and fire pit while enjoying Butte and landscape views or watching the game on the 55” mounted TV.
Access to Brasada Ranch and all of its award winning amenities including Stunning 18 hole golf course and driving range, 2 restaurants, indoor and outdoor pools with slide and hot tubs, Equestrian center with horse lessons and trail ride, tennis courts and gym.
*All rental homes in Brasada Ranch are subject to mandatory resort fees that allow guests access to the resort and resort amenities. These fees will be collected after booking by owner and paid directly to Brasada Ranch. Please note, Upon completion of booking, you will be provided with the Brasada guest registration form to complete, followed by a request for additional payment through VRBO based upon the dates of your reservation and the number and ages of guests. Rates are Jan 1-May 14: $25/per guest per night. May 15-Sep 27 & Holidays $46/per guest per night. Sep 28-Dec 31 $36/per guest per night. Bookings 7 days or less in advance are subject to an additional $5 per guest per night fee. Children 5 and under, and existing Brasada members, are exempt from the resort fees. These fees are reduced by 50% for stays over 30 days.
