Positive: The staff was great, very friendly and easy to talk with.
Negative: I booked a King Deluxe room. When we arrived we were informed they did not have any room. The lady said she forgot to block the two room that had shown available. She did put us in a Queen room. We paid for a King Deluxe room and didn't receive and refund for the different in charges. We were also informed the hotel had been sold and they had to be out by the end of the week. The hotel will be turned into a rehab center.
