Luxury Sterling Beach Condominiums is located on the quiet east end of Panama City Beach Florida. Situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico, enjoy relaxing beach views from the kitchen, dining, living room and master bedroom. This large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom sleeps 7 adults comfortably.
Sterling Beach is an exclusive high rise located on Thomas Drive. It has convenient parking right out front. No crowds or waiting on elevators. This upscale community has everything to offer including exercise room overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, 4000 sq ft spa style pool that is heated seasonally, whirlpool, outdoor grills & dining tables, and a 48 seat private theater room available for private use. Unit 204 comes with complimentary beach service for two which includes (2) padded chaise loungers with umbrella (available seasonally March-October)! Extra folding beach chairs, sand buckets & toys are available in the hall closet for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals. The large comfy sectional sofa converts to a nice size queen sleeper. The living room has a 55" smart tv with cable, dvd player, stereo with wired-in speakers that play in living room & master bedroom. Large master bedroom closet for storage of luggage. The master bedroom overlooks the ocean and has a comfortable king size bed. Cable television and DVD player in master. The second bedroom contains (1) queen size bed and (1) twin bed and cable television. The balcony is oversized, overlooks pool/ocean and is nicely shaded by a few palm trees for added privacy.
Sterling Beach is truly an amazing gulf front resort. It is relaxing, luxurious, and the resort grounds are well maintained. Parking and accessibility to the room is quick and hassle free. A perfect place for travelers with special needs as little walking is required to navigate the entire resort. Unit 204 has an amazing ocean view but yet its perfect for those who don't like high floors.
