Large children's wading pool. Beautifully manicured tropical grounds. Picnic, jogging, and barbecue area, 24 hour gated security. Excellent palapa restaurant on beach. Also, grocery store nearby on the bus route. Local boats for fishing. Sightseeing always at beach. The most successful turtle preserve in P.V. Perfect honeymoon atmosphere. Only three condos per floor. Very quiet, private, and exclusive private owner condominium.
