Our condo is in the beautiful Summer Sands building located right on the beach in Wildwood Crest, NJ. The condo is located on the 4th floor and has access to ocean views just around the corner. With 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a spacious living room and kitchen area, this unit is perfect for small families looking to get away and enjoy the beach!
Inside, the unit sleeps four people with a queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen includes an electric stove, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, dinner and cooking ware, and tools for the grill. There is air conditioning and heating throughout the entire condo. TVs located in the bedroom and the living room have streaming capability and cable for all your entertainment needs. There is also high speed Xfinity WIFI.
Outside, Summer Sands offers numerous amenities that we encourage you to use during your stay. There are two pools and an outdoor shower that are perfect for after the beach. For dining, there are outdoor gas grills on the ground level and a sundeck with tables and chairs for use. There are also coin/card laundry machines on each floor.

Summary: We had pleasant stay at the condo! Very clean and Jacob provided everything we needed. We would of given a 5 for overall, but air conditioner in kitchen was very loud. We could only run it when we were out doing stuff. It worked out though because it got cooler the next few days outside. Just maybe fix it before next visitors stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality, Jacob!!
