Perfectly placed in quiet cul de sac on the hillside above Russell, this top-quality home built in ‘Cape Cod’ style offers comfort, character and fabulous views across the water towards Waitangi and Matauwhi Bay. With its own relaxing garden and giant pohutakawa tree, Zemmery Fidd features beautiful hardwood floors throughout and has decks at front and rear. Just a short (but steep!) walk from the village centre and beaches, you are rewarded with stunning views and an ideal luxury base for exploring the Bay of Islands.
Two large upstairs bedrooms (queen beds) with superb views share a shower room. The ground floor features a large L-shaped living/dining room with open fireplace, another bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom, separate TV lounge and modern kitchen. Outside there are large decks and lawns both front and rear and off-street parking. From the front deck you have views of the bay, the town wharf and across to Waitangi golf course and you can plan your day accordingly. Nearby you have the Cape Brett walk, great surf beaches and some of the best fishing, diving and sailing in the world.
