4 Bedroom House in Jacksonville Beach

4 bed/3 bath sparkling clean home sleeps 8 with a brand new HEATED pool.
Just 5 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from great restaurants.
Our beach house features a large open plan living/dining space and a great backyard escape with a pool, firepit, charcoal grille and lounging area. A 4 bedroom/3 bathroom house is a rare find in the beaches area and is great for couples, business travelers & families looking for the perfect getaway!
The house is centrally located in Jacksonville Beach and was built in April 2018. The Main and 2nd bedroom both have kings size beds and the 3rd and 4th bedrooms both have queen beds. We also have 3 full bathrooms. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area has vaulted ceilings and is great for meals, lounging and relaxing. We have basic cable on and smart TV in the living room and Netflix/Hulu capabilities in the Main bedroom.
We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and comfort of our home. Our well stocked kitchen includes all the essentials needed to prepare meals (spices, oils, condiments, paper towels, dishes, pots, pans, cleaning supplies, etc.) so you don't need to spend extra money buying the basics! We also provide all: bedding, towels, beach towels & beach chairs.

Summary: This spot was perfect for our group of 5 women! Danielle was such a flexible and accommodating host; especially with our arrival and departure. The home had everything we needed for our stay, was very clean and relaxing. We so appreciated that there were beach towels and chairs available. The floor plan was open and a lot bigger than expected. The backyard is truly an oasis and had plenty of space for us to hangout. Ubers were easy to get and the beach is accessible from the location. I would recommend this spot to anyone and definitely stay here again.
