Extra large jetted hot tub in master bedroom with safe and large closets and chaired decks on very level. Sits on a beautiful bass filled pond with a water fountain nearby . Exquisitely decorated with flowers and pillows everywhere and very comfortable beds in all rooms . A full car garage for use along with a golf cart utilizing the latest technology for safety. Nice computer desk area for workers and children to play in. Sonus music system built into home along with TV’s on both levels with cable included that has over 70 channels . Apple TV system included and can project apple products to TV. Sits close to the wharf with many restaurants and a New Orleans themed bar scene with even Hurricane glasses and drinks available .
Inside Sandestin beach resort - over 25 restaurants and many swimming pools and bars and clubs, movie theater . Emeril lagasse’s Newest restaurant nearby along with shopping , banks, movie theater and publix supermarket to all shop and eat by golf cart - no need for your car. You can also go to the beach by golf cart as well. An amazing place and experience worth the time and cost.
