We only book Saturday to Saturday during peak seasons. (May 27 - August 5)
This 5 Large bedroom Home is nestled in the Private Gated St. George island community, and has direct access to the Apalachicola Bay on a 1.06 acre Tropical setting!
Enjoy bringing the entire family to this spacious retreat, and experience a Luxury interior featuring 5 King Beds, 3 Jetted Tubs, and 4 Tiled showers! A Private Elevator reaching all 3 floors is a must to put the entire family at ease when bringing in the luggage and Groceries.
This house not only includes a private screened pool with a private shower, but also access to the 2 largest swimming pools on St. George Island exclusive for the gated community guests! Other amenities included with this home are a dock for your boat, paddle boards, kayak launch, a giant swim mat, beach chairs, beach towels and with our rental you have access to multiple tennis courts, multiple beach access points, private 8 miles of shaded Bicycle trails, and Access to Bob Sikes Cut for some of the Best Exclusive Fishing on St. George island! Clubhouse with Fitness Center is not far away on Magnolia Dr, with an Olympic size swimming pool with Osprey Cafe (poolside). Guest can also enjoy access to a private SGI Airport for private personal planes!
What Truly separates this house from others is over 3,400 sqft of Tropical Luxury Island Living and Waterfront Privacy! This house was built to spare no expense on Comfort! There is no reason to leave once you check-in!
All five Bedrooms feature A King size bed. Four of the five have direct access to a private porch facing the Bay! A High-end Kitchen with Granite Countertops and Stainless steel appliances, and all the essential kitchen utensils, cookware, and serving dishes you should need. This space is Complete with a K-Cup and Filtered Type Coffee maker Flex Brew system, a Spacious Refrigerator/freezer w/ ice maker, Dishwasher, Electric Stove and Oven, Trash Compactor, and wine fridge.
Entertain on the Top Main Living Level with plenty of seating at the breakfast bar or dining table, Multiple sofas and chairs, A large Flat Screen Smart T.V, 5G Wifi , Chess Table, and Towering views of the Island Sunsets at the end of every day!
