Recently remodeled and it sits right on the Chotawatchie Bay in Miramar Beach. The home is 0.2 miles (6 houses down) from the Legion Park boat ramp. Bring your boat, jet skis, and paddleboard for a unique vacation experience. Whether you enjoy fishing or taking in Crab Island, do it all from our home base. Legion Park also has basketball, volleyball, and pickleball courts that you can enjoy.
The beautiful beaches are less than a mile from the house, an easy bike or golf cart ride to the famous white sand and emerald waters. Bike or golf cart rentals are convenient and make parking a breeze for your beach trips.
Enjoy your morning coffee on your private porch or on the upper deck of the dock while you take in stunning views of the beautiful bay. At sunset, enjoy your beverage of choice as you soak in the stunning views and maybe catch the dolphins swimming by.
Features of this home include a new kitchen with granite countertops, breakfast bar, new appliances and adjoining dining area. You'll love the open den and kitchen area for socializing and playing games. There are 3 bedrooms with Queen beds in all three, as well as a full size murphy bed in the office. The home sleeps 8 comfortably, up to 11 can be accommodated using the sofa and 2 queen air mattresses.
The office features high speed wifi, monitors, and a printer so bring your laptop and docking station if you wish to work remotely.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer that are available for you to use if you wish.
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
- MINIMUM RENTAL AGE IS 25. No Pets. No Smoking.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll receive a 50% refund; otherwise, there will be no refund. However, if you need to cancel your reservation due to the coronavirus outbreak and local, state or national governments enact policies halting tourism for a certain period of time, or if your doctor states that it is not safe for you to travel at this time, you will receive either a credit towards a reservation later in the year, or a refund, as appropriate. LINEN/HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE: Our unit will be cleaned to quality standards prior to your arrival and after your departure. The house will be stocked with a STARTER SUPPLY of trash liners, toilet paper, bath soap and dishwasher soap.
