Summary: The house and yard was nice and big. The kitchen was awesome. The barbeque was nice also. The pool is what made the place. Very quiet. Howler monkeys in the morning and night was awesome. On the other side Andrey who was suppose to take care of us and also your company after a number of phone calls and emails through what's app did nothing for our problem that we couldn't close the gate from day 1. They said they will send the maintenance person and it never happened at all during our two week stay. We had a hose from the sink break the day before we left and we woke up to water all over the floors and our sunken living room had between an inch to 1 1/2 inches of water. We cleaned all the water and never had a mop for the floors but we used our towels and for the sunken living room we used the dust pan to catch the water. I called them again around six in the moring and they said they were going to send somebody to fix it. Wasn't holding my breath but he came around 11:00am that day. He went back to pick up the parts to fix and came back four hours later with Andrey. Showed him a few things like cob webs that had been there on the lamps. lightbulbs not working. we cleaned the yard because of bottles and debris. Also had asked about garbage and never got an answer on it but seen everyone bringing in there garbage so we brought ours as well. Pool guy came three times to clean the pool which we cleaned as well but that was really nice. Need to work a little bit more on maintenance and upkeep inside the house. Could have been a five but response and upkeep brought it down to a four.
