Positive: Nice modern apartment with a full kitchen and large bathroom.
Negative: Neighborhood is not exactly car-friendly and feels a bit soulless, as with most new projects. The apartment is probably better in the winter, as it's incredibly well-insulated but has no AC, which makes it hard to cool (e.g. during the night). A common problem in newly built apartments these days. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped, especially for short stays (e.g. I am not going to buy a whole package of dishwasher tabs for one night).
