The space
The apartment is located in Kato Toumba area, in the beautiful tree-lined Diogenous Street that is near the city centre and the 2 universities of Thessaloniki (Aristotle & Macedonia University). It can host up to 4 people and is located on 1st floor with a security front door to ensure safety and privacy. It has 1 bedroom (with 1 double bed, small desk and LED TV), 1 bedroom (with 2 single beds), 1 spacious kitchen & dining area (with fridge & freezer, electric cooker with hood, microwave, kettle, sandwich maker), W.C. with shower, electric boiler for hot water at all times, A/C for heating/cooling, WiFi and a balcony.
Access is allowed to all abovementioned areas apart from the internal courtyard that kitchen/dining area look into.

Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 4 άτομα και βρίσκεται στον 1ο όροφο με δική του θωρακισμένη πόρτα ασφαλείας για πλήρη ασφάλεια και ιδιωτικότητα. Έχει 1 κρεβατοκάμαρα με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, μικρό γραφείο & LED τηλεόραση, 1 κρεβατοκάμαρα με δύο μονά κρεβάτια, ευρύχωρη κουζίνα και τραπεζαρία (με ψυγείο και καταψύκτη, ηλεκτρική κουζίνα με απορροφητήρα, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, βραστήρα, τοστιέρα), WC με ντουζιέρα, ηλεκτρικό θερμοσίφωνα, Air Conditioning για θέρμανση/ψύξη, Wi-Fi και μπαλκόνι.
Παρέχεται πρόσβαση σε όλους τους παραπάνω χώρους του διαμερίσματος εκτός από την εσωτερική αυλή που διακρίνεται από την κουζίνα και την τραπεζαρία.
House Rules
1)No smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only in the balcony.
2)Quiet Hours policy
Winter time (1st October-31st March): 3:30pm-5:30pm & 10pm-7:30am
Summer time (1st April-30th September): 3pm-5:30pm & 11pm-7am
3)When exiting, please ensure you have closed all balcony doors / water taps and switched off all lights & the A/C.
Unsuitable for pets.
No parties allowed.
Earliest Check-in time is 02:00pm.
Latest Check-out time is 11:00am.
Κανονισμοί σπιτιού
1) Απαγορεύεται το κάπνισμα εντός του διαμερίσματος. Το κάπνισμα επιτρέπεται μόνο στο μπαλκόνι.
2) Παρακαλούμε σεβαστείτε τις ώρες της κοινής ησυχίας (και όχι μόνο).
3) Κατά την έξοδο, βεβαιωθείτε ότι έχετε κλείσει όλες τις μπαλκονόπορτες / βρύσες και ότι έχετε σβήσει όλα τα φώτα & air conditioning.

The apartment is located in the beautiful tree-lined Diogenous Street. The neighbourhood features cafes, bars, fast food, banks, kiosks, mobile phone shops, pharmacies, optician's, bakeries, patisseries, super-markets and gas stations. At walking distance there is a beautiful public park as well as the stadium of the local team PAOK.
