Spacious and comfortable house of 250 m2, on a 720 m2 plot with many trees, 300m from the beach known as Pico da Cruz. Surf and skate beach. Neighborhood monitored safely, on a street with no traffic except local traffic, close to restaurants and large supermarket. Two car garage with barbecue and all the necessary resources to enjoy the beach. In the garage a solid wooden table with two groups that accommodate 10 people for a barbecue. Hammocks on the balcony and a deck with the possibility of placing a hammock on it between the trees.
