A huge breakfast bar with seating for 3 is the perfect way to interact with the chef as he or she makes use of the gorgeous wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and abundant work space to create the meal of everyone's fantasies! You can all enjoy that meal together at the adjacent wood dining table with seating for 7.
The mid-floor boasts two King En Suites. The first has a King bed, rich wood furnishings and a flat panel HDTV. The En Suite has double vanities and a subway tiled stall shower with beautiful contrasting accent tile. The second King En Suite also features a lovely wood bedroom set, flat panel HDTV and an intimate En Suite bath with the look of Travertine tile in the large stall shower.
The lower level will be the kids' delight! A game room features a foosball table and a sofa with another flat screen HDTV. If the kids decide to bring their game consoles, you may not see them for your entire vacation! There is also a sink and full size refrigerator/freezer, so they've even got somewhere to stash their drinks and snacks. There is also a queen bedroom with private access to the shared bathroom for the lower level.
A screened porch holds the soothing hot tub that will surely take away any remaining stress. What could be better than sitting in the hot tub on a cool Outer Banks evening, feeling the bubbling jets work their magic on you? A grill and an outdoor seating area also round out the first level.
As part of the Corolla Light community, you and your group enjoy access to the many fabulous amenities. The resort encompasses 240 acres and is considered be the most family-friendly resort on the Outer Banks. Corolla Light is home to some of the best beaches anywhere on the Outer Banks and they are patrolled by lifeguards during the summer season. Corolla Light hosts weekly events for kids and adults each week (sand castle contests, tennis clinics, games for the kids, etc)
The Corolla Light trolleys run every 20-25 minutes during the summer season. Getting around the resort is so easy! Just pick up the trolley at one of the designated stops and off you go! If you're headed to the oceanfront complex, you can enjoy basketball, volleyball and shuffleboard courts while you're there.
For those seeking a more natural experience, visit the quiet sound side and take a walk along the mile + sound front nature trail. The sunsets off the two piers are glorious and not to be missed. Don't forget your workout routine at our Sports Center, or enjoy a game of tennis on one the 10 tennis courts. At the end of the day, indulge yourself and your family to dinner and drinks at the award-winning Ocean Front Grille.
