Escape to this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home nestled in nature with amazing views of the lake, a huge wrap around porch, cozy firepit and covered hot tub with wonderful lake views. Bring your boat and dock at our 50 foot dock. Close to Saratoga Springs and World Class horse racing for great day trips. Unwind and make lasting memories at "The B".
The Lake: The Great Sacandaga Lake is considered to be "The Adirondack's Best Kept Secret". The lake is 42 square miles, 29 miles long and 5 miles wide. It has an average depth of 40 feet with a maximum depth of 90 feet, and offers some of the BEST fishing in the Adirondacks. The lake is known for very large northern pike, brown trout, largemouth bass and smallmouth bass. There is a public boat launch 1/2 mile away at Twisted T's Restaurant.

Parking & Access: Gravel Driveway with garage parking for one car and additional parking for 4 cars.
Be aware, the Driveway is very steep. There is a full flight of stairs required to access the home. If that will present a problem for you, you may want to rent elsewhere. The garage does have an EV Charger. Arrangements can be made ahead of time for use.
For safety there are several outdoor cameras monitoring the property. There are no cameras inside of the house.
