This beautiful, height of luxury 6 bedroom, 7 bathroom, private pool villa really is the place to stay in Hoi An!
The villa offers our guest the surroundings and freedom to truly relax both in the room, aside the private pool or on your own private beach area.
It's a fantastic place to stay in small or large groups, with a team of experienced villa staff who truly understand the meaning of 1st class service.

Our villa comprises of 5 independent bedrooms, fully furnished with Smart TV's, private bathrooms (all equipped with bathtub & shower), AC & ceiling fan, private balconies with breathtaking views of the Thu Bon river.
Bedroom 101, 201, 202 & 301 all have 1 King size bed. Bedrooms 203 and 302 both have 2 King size beds. In total there are 8 king size beds but if additional mattresses/sofa beds are required, these can be allocated 1/2 in a room.
Bedroom 6 is the master bedroom and comprises of a large balcony, living room and fully equipped kitchen area, in addition to a private bathroom with bath tub and power shower, flat screen Smart TV, aircon and ceiling fan.
There is a large Lounge/Dining area on the ground floor which leads directly on to the sun deck and swimming pool area. In the garden area, guests can enjoy BBQ facilities and there own private beach area, where they can play beach volleyball, football or other activities they may wish to indulge in.
Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. There is an iron and ironing board at the villa but if guests want things washing and ironing by our staff then this comes at an extra charge.
Guests have access to the entire villa on a 100% private basis. You WILL NOT share the facilities with any other guests.
We can offer you a tour guide for your excursions, bicycles, tour packages, and pretty much anything you require, if it is manageable for us. If you have any questions regarding this, please message us and we will be happy to answer you.
We can arrange car and motorbike rental services for guests, fishing trips, boat trips and local excursions.
Either myself or a member of my staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we ask that guests only contact us in cases of extreme emergencies before 7am and after 11pm.
We are the kind of people who will always help out and make ourselves available, whilst at the same time respecting guest privacy and not encroaching on your personal space.
We are always available to help and offer advice but if you want to be completely independent of us, that's fine also :-)
We can organise tours and trips for you and we are happy (time permitting) to come with you and be a friend as well as your host. It really is down to you and your group how much you want to make use of us :-)
The villa is just 7 minutes in to Hoi An old town and it is easily walkable or you can get a cab or use our bicycles.
There are many local restaurants, shops in the area and Hoi An old town itself is packed with everything you will need to help you enjoy and experience life here.
