Master bedroom has a new mattress as of 4/24. Bathrooms with hairdryers and luxury oversized towels. The over sized balcony has large granite top table with chairs and lounges and the view is fabulous from balcony. There is seasonal 24 hour security and covered parking. Exercise room with ocean view, sauna and over sized hot tub. WE HAVE ALSO INSTALLED HVAC UV LIGHT IN THE AC SYSTEM AND A IWAVE AIR PURIFICATION SYSTEM That Actively purifies the whole house! Kills mold, bacteria and viruses Reduce allergens, odors, smoke and particles. Easy access, park under the building, elevators are within 150 feet max depending on where you get a parking spot and 30 feet to the condo entrance of the elevator.
