Summary: My number one requirement was about location and having four bedrooms. Which this place met those requirements. Overall the inside of the house was clean and had some nice remodeling pieces like the kitchen. As a VRBO owner myself, I will say this. The manager/ owner could work on his communication style. Upon asking to place our suitcases in the garage until check in I got a phone call with a frustrated undertone for requesting that, being told, “just like a hotel you can’t check in until your room is ready” although at a hotel we could leave our luggage with the front desk until our room was ready. Secondly, we did move the couch, because if more than one person was sitting on it the view of the Tv was blocked. Nothing was ruined in the moving of the furniture. The couch was very light and easy to move. I did have the earliest flight and left the house before everyone else and was not able to double check everything was exactly how it should be before I left and unfortunately the couch did not get put back exactly how we found it. So that was my bad and I did apologize after I received a nasty text from the manager that said “You moved my furniture”. Overall this place meets the basic requirements but I would not stay here again for the following reasons: 1: The garage and outside around the garage is full of broken down and random household items/ trash. 2: The neighborhood was in a sketchy. 3 The owner/ manager was rude.
