Stunning 4 bedroom home in the middle of coveted Summerlin area, 8 mins to Downtown Summerlin and less than 20 mins from the Las Vegas Strip! This home is perfect for relaxing with family or friends with a beautiful open floor plan, huge TV in main living room, fully equipped lovely kitchen, and large patio! Everything you need to enjoy your stay while being centrally located to all that Las Vegas has to offer!

Beautiful quiet family oriented neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors and remember to follow the house rules for our condo. This is not a strip club, it is a home. Our guests are welcome to enjoy the nearby park, restaurants, and shopping. We have a few favorite spots that are recommended in our welcome manual.

Uber and Lyft are incredibly prominent in Las Vegas making transportation quick, reliable, and affordable. Parking is limited in our neighborhood so please follow our instructions.
