Enjoy true nature, beautiful trees Our land has to offer. 10-15 min drive to Beverley, Otter and Big Rideau lakes. 10-15 Min to Athens and Delta. 30 min to Brockville and Smith Falls. 1Hr 20 min to Ottawa. ATV /Snowmobile trails nearby. Ample parking on site.
The entire property has wildlife all around, making a natural blanket of privacy.
- The main floor has an open living space with a kitchen, and dining table. On the same floor are two bedrooms with a full bathroom. The bottom level also has two bedrooms with a full bathroom and an open living spacing. The back door on the bottom level also leads to the spacious and peaceful backyard, with many outdoor activities to do.
