Check out this fantastic 3BR/3BA Beachfront condo at Beach Colony East on Navarre Beach! This is the condo you have been searching out for an awesome beach vacation. Perfectly positioned West End unit on the 4th floor with an outstanding layout.
This is a modern open floor plan condo with upgrades throughout the unit. The kitchen opens up to the living room and dining area, as well as a small breakfast nook with two small tables. The main floor in the living areas is an upgraded LVP that gives a fresh clean look to the space. Upgraded the living room furniture with a recliner, new side chair, and a new couch.
One of the major highlights of the unit is the super large gulf front deck that overlooks both the beach and the large resort pool - you can literally view your family/children at the pool from the deck! The master bedroom is nicely decorated with a king bed and on suite bathroom. The second bedroom we are upgrading to a king bed with fresh decor. The third bedroom has an awesome bunk bed set up with twin bunks with privacy curtains, adults or kids can sleep in the well laid out space. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms, with the bunk bed bathroom having a door out to the main living area.
Beach Colony is chock full of amenities to include - Super large resort pool, work out room, open parking with a parking garage, 2 tennis courts, and a grilling area near the pool.
