Looking for a place to relax, golf & swim in Punta Gorda's newest golf community? This newly built, 3Bedroom, 1710 sq. fully decorated & well supplied spotless lower-level coach home is the perfect place! It boasts a large lanai overlooking the 5th green and water, perfect for relaxing breakfasts and get-togethers. You will love the amazing open concept kitchen & living room, large master suite and guest quarters that can be closed off with a pocket door. The third bedroom has been set up as a home office, with a desk, yet easily converts to guest bedroom with our sleep sofa. A brand new washer & dryer are located in the laundry room. Our 1st Floor coach home has none of the hassles of a high rise condo, with easy unloading from our 2 car attached garage.
Heritage Landing Golf & Country Club is the newest golf community in SW Florida. Golf privileges at the fantastic Gordon Lewis designed course are included with a transfer fee. There are sidewalks throughout for walking and a 2.7 mile loop within the community to ride your bike.
Punta Gorda is an easy flight with many cities offering direct flight service on Allegient Airlines. Heritage Landing is a quick 17 minute drive away! You will love the lack of heavy crowds and standstill traffic that are common in other areas of SW Florida. Air transportation is also available from nearby Ft. Myers.
Lots of restaurants & shopping are a short drive away. Some fun area destinations are Fisherman's Village, Matlacha on nearby Pine Island, and music festivals at Laishley Park. Beautiful beaches (Boca Grande, Venice, Siesta Key, Ft. Myers and Bonita Springs/Naples) are all less than an hours drive!
Two satellite pools are currently open, along with a resort style pool and other amenities. Included are pickleball & tennis courts, a fitness center with spa, and our new poolside tiki bar that serves up your favorite frozen drinks & casual food! There is currently a $150.00 social fee to use these amenities.
Sorry, but we are unable to accommodate any pets in our unit or smoking/vaping of any kind on the property.
