We offer a spacious, rustic mountain cabin themed townhome with amazing views of the ski area, and surrounding mountains from multiple balconies.
Recent renovations to the main level and bedrooms. Fully furnished with ALL NEW furniture, linens, kitchenware, decorations.
Enjoy easy access to the ski slopes, mountain bike trails, and hiking trails. Please use a 4 wheel drive in winter! you are up a steep driveway!
3 Bedrooms, 2.5 baths. The Master has a king, the second bedroom a queen, the third bedroom two single beds and the living room has a queen pullout. Fireplace and hot tub!
Heating: Radiant floor heaters provide winter warmth with a thermostat located in each room.
Cooling: With the well insulated walls, the temperatures stay at a comfortable level year round. If you tend to run hot the windows and doors to the balconies and rooms can be left open with no worries of bug intrusions. There is also a tower fan located in each bedroom for some extra cooling power.
Pots and pans are at your disposal. Including a Keurig coffee maker.
Dining Room: Adjustable table with seating for eight. Perfect setting for family style dinner and board games (board games provided)
Living Room: Enjoy plenty of options for comfortable lounging while reading or chatting with friends and family. Take in the mountainous view from the private deck.
Master Bedroom: Named the Bear room for its décor. Enjoy sleeping on a king size, medium firmness, high quality memory foam on top of a natural pine log bed. Wait for your body heat to heat up the foam and your pressure points will start to sink in and your stresses melt away. The master bedroom also comes equipped with an en suite bathroom. Step out on the private deck for amazing Mt. Crested Butte views.
Second Bedroom: Named the Fishermans room for its décor, this room offers the same great sleeping experience as the Bear room only in a Queen size version. Only a few steps down the hall is a full bathroom.
Third Bedroom: Named the Elk room for its décor, this room offers the same great sleeping experience as the Bear and Fishermans rooms only in a two twin bed version.
All Bedrooms: All rooms are equipped with its own humidifier, tower fan, log dresser, spacious closets, flat screen TV’s with spectrum cable, spare sheet set, and fresh towels. (The elk room cable is accessible through the Spectrum app on the attached Roku stick – already set up for you)
Parking & Garage: Two complimentary parking passes. Private garage for one car, plus parking for 1 car in front in the lot - no trailers, 2 private decks, hottub, sauna. This townhouse has a private garage for storing your bikes, skis and other toys at the end of the day or you may keep your car ice free by parking inside the garage. In winter please use a 4 wheel drive!! The driveway is a bit steep, and tho it is plowed regularly, sometimes the snow comes down in buckets!
