This is a "Ammon Schrocks" custom home located in Laurel Woodlands Community, a rare opportunity. This stunning, Split-floor plan, offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a screened-in lanai with an inground salt water pool.
After entering through the double doors and archway, you will instantly feel at home with the marble fireplace and luxurious details throughout the home including skylights to keep it bright.
The oversized Primary Owners suite features a custom walk-in closet, a beautiful ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a built-in bench in the large walk-in double shower, and a private entrance to the lanai.
