Positive: Beautiful apartment in Downtown Los Angeles. Spotlessly clean and new. Spacious, bright and airy, and great location in the center of town and amazingly peaceful. The building is very secure and safe and the paid parking was very convenient. Three bedrooms and 4 beds were perfect for our family and linen and towels were good quality. Very unique in that although we were high up in a tall building there were plants and trees and greenery just outside our windows! The host met us on arrival and was excellent at communicating by text and email before and during the stay. The value for the amenities, quality and location is exceptional! There is an ice cream store across the street from the building and a CVS at the end of the block. We will definitely recommend to our friends and would love to stay again on our next trip.
Negative: There was one, 3 person couch in the living room and the dining table needed another chair. Despite the homeless in the streets of LA (which is not under the control of the host), we felt safe walking in the area.
