Welcome to Lake Martin and the Crowne Pointe Condominium development with the most amazing panoramic views on the Lake. Crowne Pointe is located near Chuck’s Marina by land and the Ridge Marina by boat. It is approximately 5 minutes from famous Chimney Rock, and 10 minutes from Kowaliga. Located 30 miles from Auburn, 45 miles from Montgomery, 80 miles from Birmingham and 130 miles from the Atlanta airport. This is a very spacious condo located on the top floor of the unit. It includes 2 bedrooms downstairs with a large bedroom/loft and additional room upstairs. The loft has a tv with blu-ray DVD player. The living room has a large flat screen tv with blu-ray DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes and utensils. The dining room table accommodates 6 people with additional seating for 4 at the bar height counter. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the lake with dining and seating areas. There is a courtesy dock available for a boat or jet ski. Added to all rentals: $500.00 Security Deposit $150.00 Cleaning Fee Check in: 4:00 PM; Check out: 11:00 AM. Primary Renter must be at least 25 years of age and occupy condo during entire rental period. No Smoking & No Pets in Unit No Fireworks allowed on the premises One half (1/2) of the Total Rental Fee is required to hold a reservation. The dates and amount due will be specified on the Agreement, which will be emailed to prospective renter following verbal or email intent to rent the property. Rentals reserved less than 30 days prior to renter arrival date the total rental fee is due along with the Agreement. For rentals greater than 30 days prior to renters arrival date— ½ of total rental fee is required with the Agreement and the other ½ is due 30 days prior to renters arrival date. Upon renter return of the signed Agreement and rental fee, the reservation will be confirmed. If the Agreement and rental fee are not received by due date noted on the Agreement, the unit will be placed back on the open rental market. The Security Deposit will be returned to the renter within 2 weeks after the last day of the stay if there is no damage to condo, furnishings, common area property and no inventory is missing from the Condo. The Security Deposit will be retained by owner if maximum occupancy (12) is not adhered to; HOA Rules are violated or No Smoking, No Pets, No Fireworks rules are violated.
