Welcome to this beautifully designed semi-detached three bedroom family home in the heart of King’s Hill perfect for long term stays and those looking for a good night’s sleep without fail for easy-living in a peaceful residential neighbourhood.
This spacious family home benefits from a private garden, driveway and garage and comes fully equipped with superfast WIFI. You could not get a better position with free parking for 3 vehicles and the village centre just a mile away boasting several restaurants, supermarkets and cafés.
The large open plan living room/ dining area overlooks a private garden through windows and French doors flooding the room with natural light. The extendable oak dining table is set for six and a brand-new smart TV has access to Netflix, streaming services, along with super-fast Wi-Fi for home working. Of course the house comes with a fully stocked kitchen with a microwave, toaster, ironing facilities, electric oven and gas hob with fridge and separate freezer.
The first floor sleeps six across three well sized bedrooms all upgraded with up-market mattresses for a great night sleep. The large family bathroom has a bath, shower and WC and the master bedroom favours its own en-suite bathroom with shower and WC.
Location
King’s Hill is a small town located just 30 miles south of London, formerly used as a base for the RAF during the Second World War. Known best for its tranquil tree-lined streets, King’s Hill is very well connected with major motorways linking it to the rest of the region just 5 minutes away.
The house is situated on a residential road in a peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by trees and greenery. There is a park and a large cricket green less than a 5 minute walk out the front door.
The centre of town is just over a mile away with three supermarkets, a local pub and a range of different restaurants.
Station: West Malling for King’s Hill, 2 miles or a 6 minute drive. Services direct to central London in under 45 minutes. The station can also be reached on foot along a pathway that heads out of the village and across the Kent countryside towards the station.

The house benefits from its own south-facing fenced private garden with a patio, decking and lawn. There is also a door giving access to the garage and a garden gate to further parking.

There is private parking for 3 cars on the driveway, inside the lockable garage and to the rear of the property.
