This condo unit is in the prestigious, private gated community of Sunset Beach. Once through the gated access you will know that you have arrived somewhere special. The brick paved street lined with palm trees lead you to the white sandy beach and the beachfront pool overlooking the emerald coast. This gulf front unit is located in building C on the ground level with amazing ocean views. This unit is steps away from the private community pool (heated October-March) and the beach access to the beautiful white sands.
This condo has a beautiful large living room, perfect for entertaining and enjoying family and friends. The living room consists of a comfortable sectional sofa and chairs. The well-appointed kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. and a large pantry. The dining area has a table for seating of 8, and there is also additional seating at the kitchen island. The living room, kitchen, and dining areas all have great views of the amazing, beautiful gulf and pool.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a large walk in closet. It also has an attached bathroom with privacy toilet, shower, vanities, and a jetted tub. The 2nd bedroom also has a king sized bed with an attached full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds with an attached bathroom. That bathroom is also accessible from the hallway.
There is a large patio with outdoor dining and lounging while admiring the amazing ocean views steps away from the beach access and pool.
