Welcome to this nice and beautiful 2 bedroom apartment near the ocean! It is a newly renovated apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, cosy living room and fully equipped kitchen.
For your convenience there is free wi-fi, smart TV, washing machine with dryer, stove, refrigerator, toaster, microwave oven, coffee machine and all cooking stuff.
There are 2 comfortable bedrooms with 1 queen size bed and 2 twin beds with new furniture and pleasant bed linen. In living room there are 2 comfortable sofa beds.
Shops, restaurants, groceries are located in walking distance.
Check-in and check-out time can be flexible, it is a subject of availability.
Within 1 minute from the house there is express bus x28 stop, it will take you 20-25 minutes to get to downtown Manhattan.
Subway is located within 10-15 minutes of walk from the house.
Parking spot is available for additional fees, it will be discussed individually with every guest.

Summary: Great location. The apartment was as described. Clean, quiet, comfortable beds. Nice linens. Good communication with property manager. Near great restaurants. Parking was a bit of a problem. My husband and I just can't walk like we use to. Would definitely rent this apartment again.
