Summary: We stayed here for 2 months this past winter and were very satisfied with the property. Some of the good things: excellent location on the beach and near the village; good views from the spacious second floor balcony that included comfortable seating; and a nice master suite. Also, the property management firm responded to all our requests for maintenance and repairs. A couple of things that could be improved: 1) the 2nd bedroom has a full size (not queen) Murphy bed which was uncomfortable for two adults--we purchased a mattress topper to make it more usable; 2) almost all lighting was overhead in ceiling fans and was too harsh—a couple of floor and/or table lamps would be a huge improvement, along with reducing the brightness of the ceiling fan bulbs (we loosened a few). We do plan to stay here again next year.
