The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.

For the cooler months there is a wood fire in the lounge which not only heats downstairs but also pushes warm air up into the front bedroom and bathroom and there is also an additional a pellet burner in the kitchen.
A supply of logs will be available and additional bags of pellets can be purchased from the owner for €6.50 per 15kg bag (cost price).
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Be respectful of house & neighbours.
- No loud music or parties.
- There is free parking at the communal car park which is about a 50-80 meters walk from the house.
- 1 well behaved dog is allowed at the property with prior agreement at a cost of €30 per stay which will be collected in cash by the owner.
