Positive: Very quiet .Close to shops etc .10 to 15 minute walk to seafront.
Negative: No instructions on how to use oven and hob. No instructions on how to control heating. Problem with temperature control of shower .Extremely hot. Driveway and garden needs some attention.
Summary: Pleasant stay .Visiting family short distance from apartment. Few minor problems
