The location, right off Route 28, is just minutes away from Chatham village as well as an array of beaches, ponds, sailing, fishing, theater, cinema, restaurants and quaint village shops.

This is a perfect spot to get away from it all for a long weekend, a longer stay, or people attending weddings or functions at Chatham Bars Inn or the Wequassett Resort. Closest beaches are less than a 5 minute drive to Jackknife Beach, Oyster Pond Beach (no stickers) and Lighthouse Beach.
This immaculate and pristine home with its open concept floor plan, bright and airy rooms, and marsh views make this a perfect spot to relax. The new, modern décor offers a level of style and sophistication that’s hard to find. A serene setting on conservation land with beautiful marsh views of meadow marsh grasses, cattails, ferns and wildlife.
All the comforts of home are here including a fully-applianced stainless steel kitchen with everything you might need to prepare a meal. There is also a dedicated washer/dryer in the owner’s private and secure storage room downstairs.
Airy and bright living room with 55” Smart TV & sound bar and comfy coastal cottage-style furniture. Both bedrooms offer queen-sized beds, 32” Smart TVs.
The retractable awning over the deck and split AC/heat units ensure a comfortable stay. Patio/Deck with Weber gas grill, modern and comfy deck furniture, water fountain, and airy ornamental grass garden.
Relax among the meadows, immerse yourself in nature, and listen to the birds with your morning coffee.
NEIGHBORHOOD
The neighborhood includes Chatham Perk—a quaint coffee shop, cafe and juice/smoothie bar, and Chatham Light Liquors—featuring a range of select wines/liquors. Chatham Works, a full state-of-the-art fitness center—also offering remote workspaces or private offices. The N. Chatham Post Office and a gas station are nearby.
Outside your door are established conservation walking trails that meander around Frost Fish Creek and Pond, a scenic landmark and local favorite. Frost Fish Creek 1.1 mile walking trail meanders along the eastern edge of Frost Fish Creek offering walkers glimpses of an old cranberry bog operation, which has reverted into open wetlands. With its unique configuration featuring brackish-freshwater tidal wetland, this area offers the most varied and numerous opportunities to experience seasonal bird and mammal life in our area. One access to the trail is directly outside our condo. Along your walk, stop and have a seat on the hand-carved bench overlooking the pond.

Marconi-RCA Wireless Museum (traces the storied history of maritime radio communications in Chatham from 1914-20th Century); Shark Center (shark education featuring exhibits); North Chatham Outfitters (offering fishing around Monomoy Island, kayaking along the outer beach, as well as lessons for children/adults in fishing, flyfishing outfitting, paddle boarding, outdoor apparel and local captains with excellent local knowledge; Bluewater Entertainment (experience the Cape by boat); Zen Charters (fishing—striped bass, blues, blue fin tuna); Caleb Nickerson House (one of the oldest homes in Chatham with land dating back to 1664—tour the homestead and see working beehive); and Sol Spa.

And by following the Town of Chatham’s rental property ordinance for max number of guests based on property size and number of bathrooms and beds. We are a quiet environment providing a memorable Cape experience.
-The primary renter on the property is required to be on site for the duration of the rental.

- Max parking of cars at property: two. There is one dedicated space in front of garage #5. Prefer that 2nd car is parked along the street (Misty Meadow Lane is a quiet dead-end street). Parking in the small lot is on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking permitted on the side of the driveway or lawn at any time.
- Tenants bring their own linens (i.e sheets, towels (bath and beach), and bath mat). If you prefer to travel light, we can arrange for a linen rental for a fee of $20 per person. If you do bring your own sheets, please note that both mattresses require sheets with extra deep pockets.
-Beach Supplies Provided: 4 Beach chairs, 4 clamp-on beach chair umbrellas, Beach tote bag, cooler.
-Unit is all on one-level. Two separate steps outside to enter foyer (no handrails), and one step up into the unit. One step down from unit onto deck. Grass/patio is two steps down with handrail to access. For washer/dryer, full set of steps to downstairs to washer/dryer.
