From the moment you walk in the door you will feel like you are on vacation. This is our personal vacation home so we have furnished and decorated it with upscale furnishings and high end electronics so it is not your typical rental condo. No need to keep track of a key, it has an electronic lock customized to whatever code you choose. It is on the first floor of a three story horseshoe shaped complex named Ormond Breakers located at 2100 Ocean Shore Blvd. (US A1A), with beautiful landscaping and a well kept pool in the courtyard. It is an end unit closest to the beach so you have a big picture window overlooking the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The beach is private for residents and guests only of the Breakers. It is never crowded, always quiet and peaceful and is a no-drive beach. KITCHEN - Newly upgraded with stainless steel appliances, new cabinets and a corian countertop. It has everything you need; french door refrigerator with ice maker and water in the door, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig coffeemaker and crock pot. It also has dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, cookware and utensils. There is a table that seats 4 but can expand to seat 6. LIVINGROOM - features 12 feet of windows overlooking the beach and the ocean with a leather sofa, a loveseat and a large chair in the corner to curl up in. There is a 55 inch smart TV in case you want to watch movies in the evening and a balcony with a couple chairs and a a table to sit, relax and listen to the ocean. MASTER BEDROOM - This is one of my favorite parts of the condo, it is like a small oasis. It has a large plush king size bed, with plenty of drawer space and a large spacious closet to store all that you have brought with you. It has a separate sitting area and a 40 inch flat panel TV, with a vanity area for you to sit at when you get ready to go out for the evening. There is an ensuite bathroom with a new updated tile shower, a Toto toilet, a vanity and a medicine cabinet. 2nd BEDROOM - This room is ideal for adults or kids on the trip, it has a queen size bed and a bunk bed that has a single bed over a single bed. There are two night stands, a dresser and a large closet to fill all of your storage needs. It also has a TV in case someone wants to watch a little television. We also have an inflatable twin bed with frame if the need arises. The bathroom is right next door and has an updated tile bath with a tub, Toto toilet, a vanity and medicine cabinet. There is also a linen closet in the hallway fully stocked with bath and beach towels as well as additional linens. POOL/GARAGE/ BEACH ITEMS - Currently, our single car garage is missing a roof and will be under construction soon. But, there are plenty of places to park around the condo complex. There is a beach buggy stored in our storage area in the Laundry room down the hall. The beach buggy has some beach chairs, beach umbrella and boogie boards. The condominium has a beautiful pool in the courtyard with plenty of tables and chairs to relax and read a book on. LAUNDRY ROOM - There are coin operated washers and dryers and a place to fold in the laundry room at the end of the hall by the elevators.
