Rook Farm Cottage is offering the best of both worlds, a beautiful farm setting with modern amenities.
It is close to Balsall Common, Kenilworth and the larger towns of Warwick, Coventry, Leamington Spa & Stratford Upon Avon.
Only 7 miles from the NEC.
Located within the grounds of Rook Farm with views of the gardens and duck pond. It is situated down a private gated drive with its own parking.
You also have great walking paths to Kenilworth Castle on your doorstep, plus a local pub.
It is comprised over one level with an open plan kitchen/diner. The kitchen is fully fitted including fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Main bedroom is extremely spacious with a Super King bed and en-suite shower room.
Both the lounge and bedroom have new 50” Samsung TVs with Sky
Guests can make use of the tennis court on the property and access to the front garden where the duck pond is situated
As the cottage is situated within the grounds of Rook Farm the owners will be present and you may see them tending to their ducks but the cottage is separate.
