Corner unit, lots of light, with a back patio area perfect for relaxing outside, Unit #1 is in a well-maintained 4-plex and boasts a spacious living / dining area, kitchen, large bedroom, and full bathroom with large walk-through closet. The property also has lovely outdoor common area seating, BBQ and assigned street level parking. Rent includes water and WIFI internet. Tenant is responsible for electric.
