Our condo is located on the 13th floor of Beach Colony West directly on the sugar-white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Inside this 1495 sq/ft condo is 2 bedrooms (plus pull out sofa) and 2 baths that have been tastefully decorated in that traditional coastal flavor. The open floor plan includes a spacious kitchen with all new appliances, granite counter tops, and pull-up counter seating for three.
The kitchen looks into the dining room and living room and onward to the 360 sq/ft terrace that overlooks the pool and then the white sandy beaches and turquoise green ocean that awaits your visit. The living room has seating for 5 to sit back and relax in the evening after those long sunny days to watch a movie, a game or a little tv on the 55 inch LCD. The living room nook has additional seating for 2 to play a game, play on their computer, read or just relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and check out the views. The couch can be converted into a queen sofa sleeper to accommodate those extra guest needing a place to lie down for the night.
The spacious terrace has lounge seating for 6. The terrace/balcony provides astonishing views of the entire peninsula, which includes the sound, the bridge, the gulf's longest pier, the largest pool in Navarre and of course the ocean.
