Beautiful ocean and lighthouse views, large grassy lawn, Weber BBQ, hot outdoor shower and only minutes from central Byron Bay with its world class restaurants, cafes, markets and boutique stores. Beaumonts Beach House is a surfers paradise with waves in your front yard! This home offers absolute beach frontage with 180 degree views of the bay. It has its own private beach access to the beautiful pristine Belongil Beach. Belongil Beach is perfect for swimming, surfing and is also dog friendly. Beaumonts Beach House is a two storey, 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house. It has one king master room with an ensuite, desk and ocean views. There are 4 queen bedrooms (3 with ocean views, 1 with garden views) and one twin bedroom (internal room with no windows). The house has 4.5 bathrooms - two with bath tubs and ocean views. The property comfortably sleeps 12, however, we can set up two single trundles to accommodate 14 guests in total. Spacious gourmet kitchen, with a large gas cooktop and oven and your own espresso machine. The dining and living room have wonderful ocean views - watch the surfer's out the front whilst having your morning cuppa! There is also a second kitchen upstairs. Beaumonts Beach House opens out onto a relaxed outdoor living area; the perfect spot to read a book in the morning sun, practice yoga, BBQ, or have a sunset drink before dining at one of Byron Bay's iconic restaurants.
