When our mountain well water has not been used over a few weeks spring or fall there could be an Initial Natural Sulphur odor which is common in this region. If this should occur simply run the water for awhile and the smell will disapate. It is safe and it's treated.
The driveway can hold up to 4 vehicles. We ask that vehicles be kept off the yard. A boat parking pad was newly installed for up to a 22' trailer. In late fall and winter, we advise 4 wheel or all wheel drive vehicles. The township snow plows are good at spreading salt and plowing Piney Ridge and Parks Road, depending how deep the snow is, it may take longer than at other times.
