A quiet street with no thru traffic and protected forests in your backyard means plenty of peace and quiet. No detail was spared in this luxury home. Open-concept kitchen/living room. Four bedrooms (two w/ full ensuites!). Flat screen smart TVs in almost every bedroom with cable and internet. Fully fenced-in backyard. Fire up the grill on the back patio and take in the forest views. Bear Mountain is one of the best locations in Victoria for those who want peace and tranquillity. We are excited to share this beautiful home with you and your family!
Policies and Booking Requirements
Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 24 years old in order to book.
Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.
Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.
Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. No Pets. Children Welcome.
No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine).
