Rooms: Units 1, 2 and 3, all have a kitchen/dining area, cloakrooms and upstairs bathrooms. Unit 2 has an open plan ground floor while Units 1 and 3 have separate lounges. Kitchen & utilities: well-equipped, modern kitchens with dishwashers. Washing machines in Units 1 and 2. Entertainment: TVs and DVD players in all cottages. Shared games room and hot tub. For families: children’s climbing frame in garden, high chair and travel cot on request (please bring own cot bedding) Outside: patio area and garden with picnic benches, hundreds of acres of farmland to explore, woodland area with mountain biking track Parking: ample parking available General: Wi-fi available - Rural area, no superfast broadband, bed linen and towels provided, electricity and oil central heating included Pets: pets welcome (maximum of 6 – 2 in each) at £20 per dog (must remain downstairs and be kept under control on farmland) Notes: no smoking indoors, supermarkets deliver here.
