Welcome to Beacon Harbor. This Home has been recently opened to the public as a Vacation Rental. For the past five years, up until now, this home had been reserved exclusively to long term renters, who enjoy living on the Brac, and working in Grand Cayman. Launch your daily adventures from this one of our two secluded beachfront vacation homes. Strategically located on 3.5 acres of undeveloped island land with 200 front ft. of beachfront, you are assured privacy with unbelievable sunsets and starry skies. Yet, all of this is within easy reach of the comforts and conveniences you expect at home. Each home features a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a living room featuring vaulted ceilings, two bedrooms with queen-size beds, and a full bath. Each home will sleep up to six people. A laundry with washer and dryer is just outside your front door. The homes are individually designated as vrbo447213 and vrbo943493. Please review the calendars for each home to determine which available dates you wish to choose for your visit to the Brac. Additional amenities include central air conditioning, and ceiling fans in each room. All towels and linens are provided. The couch opens to a queen sofa sleeper. A roll-a-way single bed is also available. The living room opens onto a spacious 500 sq. ft. deck, which offers a panoramic view of the ocean; also, don't forget to look up and watch the stars at night. Most of us are used to seeing 100's of stars at home. At Beacon Harbor, you will see thousands and thousands. Downstairs, you will enjoy an area below the deck, which offers shade and many more services. Beacon Harbor was designed with divers in mind, the scuba gear wash down area makes clean up quick and easy. Included is a large gear wash down tank, pegs for hanging heavy gear, and a clothes line to dry the lighter weight gear completes the job. Your downstairs area also provides a private store room, a 1/2 bath, and an outside shower. Ample lighting, a picnic table, and BBQ makes outdoor cooking enjoyable day or night.
