- The elevator in the unit is a residential elevator that is only to be used by those that require assistance such as elderly, handicapped, injured, or other reasonable circumstances. IT IS NOT TO BE USED BY THOSE UNDER 16 no matter the circumstances without an adult with them every single ride. It is a great tool for those that need it but the elevator protocols and rules must be followed and will be strictly enforced.

Guests are welcomed into the space by a foyer that leads into the expansive main living room and updated kitchen. The Kitchen is opens to the living room with a peninsula with 4 bar stools. The stainless appliances and gas range of the kitchen presents the perfect place for creating family meals while enjoying the stunning scenery. The kitchen opens up into the living room with a dining area that seats six followed by a queen sleeper sofa, 2 Oversized chairs one of which is a twin bed sleeper, and large flat screen TV. The main living room seating area is adjacent to two over sized chairs, some bar seating and an additional wet bar. The living room opens up to a stunning patio with captain's chairs to take in the gulf views.
Back to the foyer, there are stairs to the third floor bedrooms. To the right is the unique Master Suite with stunning vaulted wood ceilings and a private beachfront deck. The bedroom opens into the master bathroom with a jetted tub that has views of the gulf followed by the sink, walk-in shower and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom on this floor is perfect for a kids room. This bedroom has one queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed. There is a closet along the wall that leads into the en-suite bathroom with a shower-tub combo.
The bottom floor is perfect for some extra space for larger groups with grandparents, older children, or simply anyone that wants some extra space. With another full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, this property is a dream for entertaining. There is also an additional seating area downstairs with another flat screen TV. Adjacent to the kitchen is another king bedroom with an bathroom next to it featuring a shower-tub combination. This property has recently been renovated to include an additional bunk room with two twin bunks on the bottom floor. There is also a twin sleeper sofa in the bottom floor living room. Outside the downstairs living room is the third and largest deck with additional seating and steps to the sand.
