Enter into serenity and comfort in this beautifully decorated, brand new four-bedroom ocean view beach home on Topsail Island! Enjoy the sunrise and breakfast on the furnished oceanside covered porch while listening to the ocean waves crash. And, relax and watch the sun set on the street side covered porch with the birds at play at “Beachy Keen”.
Upon entrance to the home in the main living area, you are greeted with beautiful coastal elegance. To the right, the living room offers comfortable furniture and a flat screen TV for entertainment after a day of fun at the beach. To your left, the combined dining area and updated kitchen boasts all the necessities of home, including granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and all the kitchenware needed for your stay.
Make your way down the hallway to find the first two bedrooms (one on your left and one on your right) which offers a twin bunkbed in each room – perfectly set up for the kids! To your left on the hallway is the laundry area, complete with a full size washing machine and dryer. On the right is a well stocked “game closet” full of board games for the family! Continue down the hall and you will find the third bedroom on the right offering a queen bed. At the end of the hallway on the left, enter into the Master suite offering a queen bed, private en suite bathroom, and a desk - just in case you have to get a little work done while on vacation!
Access to the street side porch is located at the end of the hallway. The owner provides all luxury quality bed linens, bath towel sets for each bathroom, and a beach towel for every guest to use during their stay! “Beachy Keen” also offers an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower, gas bar-b-que and fire pit complete with adirondack-like chairs to enjoy your evenings outdoors roasting smores! In addition, beach chairs, umbrellas, outdoor toys, and a beach wagon to carry your items for a day of fun to the nearby beach access! Enjoy a friendly game of horseshoes or cornhole in the large outdoor space below the house too! If you decide to venture away from the house, the location is perfect!
“Beachy Keen” is situated on a quiet, residential street that's perfect for evening walks to the beach. Take a short drive to the center of Surf City where you will find numerous shops and restaurants. Within walking distance to a convenience store, playground, and a few local hotspots as well.
With all of the extra games and fun included, “Beachy Keen” will quickly become your family’s favorite spot to vacation year after year!

Don’t forget your linens! Unless otherwise indicated, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience.
Also, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Once you book your vacation, we’ll provide you with a list of items that you may want to consider bringing with you on your vacation. The "What to Bring" list can also be viewed on our website under the Guest Services tab.

**Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. Every effort will be made to re-book the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less nonrefundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative, insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company.
**Check In Day: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as we are notified your rental is ready for check in, we will give you a courtesy call on the cell phone number that you provided above and we will send your check in instructions via email. All homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue keys or passes. Please note: keys or door codes will NOT be given to anyone under the age of 25 or to anyone who is not named on the reservation. If you need to authorize someone other than yourself to pick up keys or receive a door code email, please notify our office prior to your arrival date.
**Early check-ins and Late check-outs must be pre-approved and are not allowed if there is a reservation checking out the same day another reservation is checking in. You may contact us the week of your arrival to determine if there is any availability to add an early check in or late check out. There is a fee associated with early check ins and late check outs.
**After Hours Check Ins are available for anyone scheduled to arrive after 5pm or on Sunday when our offices are closed. Please notify us as soon as you are aware you will need an After Hours Check In.
