Enjoy this beachy style property, only 10 minutes from Florida's award-winning beaches, 15 minutes from downtown St. Pete & a short distance from a variety of dining options.
The location of our home is ideal for exploring everything St Pete has to offer! The newly refurbished house features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms. Outside you'll find a fenced in yard with your own pool a spacious area to relax with sun loungers, patio dining space & outdoor seating. Plenty of room for the entire family!
Our pool home is just a short distance from St. Pete Beach, Madeira Beach and John's Pass. It is also just minutes from many restaurants, a shopping mall and other local amenities. You can get to downtown St. Petersburg in 15 minutes,
This chic, typical Floridian home was completely renovated and features an open floor plan.
There are three bedrooms- master bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite half bath, a second bedroom with a king size bed, and the third bedroom with two single/twin beds. There’s also a separate family bathroom with bath and shower.
When entering our house, information on our favorite spots (we're huge foodies) such as where to eat and what to do will be provided. As mentioned, our home is centrally located, and you'll be able to find lots to do nearby for food or entertainment.
Our house comes with fast WiFi throughout, making it easy to work remotely, or for a family with lots of devices! We have a designated workspace in one of the bedrooms with a desk that overlooks the pool area. If you have to work during your stay the house is perfectly set up for you and you'll have a nice view of the pool area!
Inside our newly renovated family home, you'll have all the comforts you are used to, all TV's have Hulu and Netflix ready to go
The kitchen comes fully equipped (including that important coffee maker), and the home has everything you'll need such as towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen utensils, etc. The house also has a washer and dryer room.
Whilst we are pet friendly, you must inform us at the time of booking of any accompanying pets - we charge a small pet fee, and ask that pets are cleaned up after, as we have a weekly lawn and pool service. If the pets aren't cleaned up after there will be an extra cleaning charge.
Warm sunshine and calm winds make the perfect conditions to explore the variety of excursions in the St. Pete/Clearwater area. Close to the property are some fantastic beaches, biking trails, parks, kayaking adventures, fishing spots and waterways. There's plenty to keep you entertained while you stay with us in St Pete. We are local and are happy to offer up some recommendations for you if you'd like or help with suggestions on where to go and arrange what you need for a day out.
